The question of making some effects without having EyeCandy 4000 came up,
so I went into PaintShopPro6 and PaintShopPro7 to see.
And there they were, in Effects
So I am putting these steps up, for your convience.

You will follow the instructions from the Trinkbox1 Tutorial Page
but use these instructions for your borders.



To get the bordered effect in PSP6 to look like this
